User Content and Responsibilities

Disclaimers and Limitations

Our liability for any damages arising from the use of our Services shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the Services in the twelve months preceding the incident. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Term and Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party. You may terminate by discontinuing use of the Services and notifying us. We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for any violation of this Agreement or for no reason.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Services. Provisions related to intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification survive termination.

Subscription and Payment

When you choose a paid subscription, you must provide accurate billing information and authorise us to charge your payment method. By subscribing, you confirm that you are authorised to use the provided payment method. We process payments in advance based on your chosen subscription cycle.

You are responsible for:

- Maintaining current payment information

- Paying all applicable taxes except those based on our net income

- Understanding that subscription rates may change with 30 days notice

We will notify you of any price changes through our website or via email. Your continued use of our services after a price change indicates acceptance of the new rates.

Subscription Changes and Cancellation

Your subscription remains active until you cancel it. Upon cancellation:

- Service access ends immediately

- No refunds are provided for unused periods

- Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy

We maintain a strict no-refund policy for partial subscription periods. However, we reserve the right to offer discretionary credits, discounts, or other considerations to users. These gestures are provided at our sole discretion and may be limited to specific users or circumstances.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and the rights and obligations hereunder shall be governed by the laws of India, and the parties to this Agreement specifically consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, India over any action arising out of or related to this Agreement. All disputes arising pursuant to this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation 1996 and venue for arbitration shall be Bangalore.

Miscellaneous

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Services. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver. You may not assign your rights without our prior written consent.
